Hemsworth Expands Global Presence, Joins latamPR™ Network

Hemsworth, a top-ranked, award-winning communications agency specializing in brand strategy, public relations and social media, today announced it has been selected as the United States agency representative for latamPR™, an exclusive network of Latin America-based strategic communications agencies. After a robust vetting and interview process, the latamPR board voted to confirm Hemsworth’s membership, marking the next chapter in the agency’s global growth.

In addition to expanding Hemsworth’s global footprint, the agency’s relationship with latamPR will create an important two-way synergy for both groups. Hemsworth clients will now have access to a network of multilingual communications strategists and A-list media in top Latin America markets. In addition, Latin American brands working with a member of latamPR will now be able to tap into Hemsworth’s extensive media connections in top U.S. markets. 

Heading up the Hemsworth-latamPR relationship will be Hemsworth senior leaders, including Jacobs, Vice President Cathy Angel and Associate Vice President Kayla Atwater. In addition, Mariana Taramasco has joined the agency as a multicultural travel PR specialist. With more than 20 years of global PR experience, Taramasco has planned and executed communication strategies for many clients including the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority, StubHub, Expedia, British Airways, Taringa!, The Mexican Tourism Board, the Cancun Tourism Office, the Mexico City Tourism Board, The Tourism Board of Los Cabos, The Tourism Office of Acapulco, and others.

Additionally, Hemsworth is celebrating its 10-year anniversary in 2024, having recently launched several initiatives to commemorate the occasion including restructuring its offerings into four distinctive divisions: Hemsworth: Travel & Tourism; Hemsworth: Food, Wine & Spirits; Hemsworth: Lifestyle; and Hemsworth: Franchise Brands.
