The meeting addressed key topics such as artificial intelligence, new research and consulting tools, and digital transformation in communication. Among the speakers were Alejandra Lagunes, AI consultant, who explored the impact of generative artificial intelligence in decision making and its social challenges; Marco
Herrera, a specialist in digital transformation, who explained how technology optimizes public relations in the digital era; and Roberto Blanco, Senior Director of Regional External Communications at Astrazeneca, who shared his vision of effective global communication in an increasingly fast-paced environment.
